No — you are welcome to walk in during business hours and browse the racks. Booking ahead is still worth it if you want someone to walk the yard with you, pull specific colours side by side, or if you are bringing a fabricator or designer along. A short call before you set out also lets us confirm that the slabs on your shortlist are still on the floor.
What should I bring to a slab viewing?
Three things help more than anything else: rough measurements or a sketch of the countertop runs, a photo of your cabinets and flooring (or an actual door sample if you have one), and any fixed elements you are matching — a backsplash tile, a paint chip, a sink. Stone reads completely differently next to warm oak than next to white lacquer, so seeing them together is what makes the decision easy.

You walk the racks, and when a slab is right we tag it for you. From there your fabricator collects it, templates your kitchen, cuts and installs.
