Does Barocco need to be sealed?
Yes. Barocco is natural stone and porous, so your fabricator applies a penetrating sealer after installation and it is refreshed periodically. Granite handles heat well, so hot cookware is not a problem.
What is Barocco best used for?
Kitchen countertops, islands, bar tops, outdoor kitchens and fireplace surrounds. Granite's heat resistance makes it a common choice where hot cookware goes straight onto the surface.
Can I buy Barocco if I already have a fabricator?
