Sparkling Black

Sparkling Black is an engineered quartz with a black background and small reflective flecks.

The flecks catch the light across the surface, which gives it more texture than a solid black quartz.

 Characteristics

  • Colour: a deep black background.

  • Flecks: small reflective particles spread across the surface.

  • Durability: resists stains and everyday scratches, but hot pans can mark the resin, so use a trivet.

  • Care: it never needs sealing; clean it with mild soap and water.

  • Uses: countertops, vanities, backsplashes and accent surfaces.

    Is Sparkling Black in stock as a full slab?

    Sparkling Black is not currently stocked; it is available to order. Call 414-998-0404 for lead time, or check live inventory for a similar colour available now.

    Does Sparkling Black need to be sealed?

    No. Engineered quartz is non-porous, so Sparkling Black never needs sealing. Clean it with warm water and a mild detergent; use a trivet under hot pans, because sustained heat can damage the resin binder.

    What is Sparkling Black best used for?

    Kitchen countertops, islands, bathroom vanities, backsplashes and commercial surfaces. We do not recommend engineered quartz outdoors, because UV exposure can fade the resin over time.

    Can I buy Sparkling Black if I already have a fabricator?

    Yes. Come to the gallery, tag the engineered quartz slab you want, and your fabricator collects it. We also sell directly to fabricators, builders and remodelers across the Milwaukee area on wholesale terms.
