Ferrato questions
Is Ferrato in stock as a full slab?
Yes. Ferrato is stocked as full slabs at our West Allis slab gallery near Milwaukee, so you can see the complete piece — and how the pattern runs across it — before you commit. Stock moves, so call 414-998-0404 to confirm current availability.
Does Ferrato need to be sealed?
Yes. Ferrato is natural stone and porous, so your fabricator applies a penetrating sealer after installation and it is refreshed periodically. Granite handles heat well, so hot cookware is not a problem.
What is Ferrato best used for?
Kitchen countertops, islands, bar tops, outdoor kitchens and fireplace surrounds. Granite's heat resistance makes it a common choice where hot cookware goes straight onto the surface.
Can I buy Ferrato if I already have a fabricator?
Yes. Come to the gallery, tag the granite slab you want, and your fabricator collects it. We also sell directly to fabricators, builders and remodelers across the Milwaukee area on wholesale terms.
