Blue Rise Polished

Blue Rise is a quartzite from Brazil with blue-grey tones, crystalline waves and streaks.

 Characteristics

  • Its pattern shows swirls and layered movement that change across the slab.
  • Because the pattern varies a lot from slab to slab, look at the actual slab before you choose; it is used for countertops, floors and walls.
  • Quartzite resists scratching, but it is porous and should be sealed to resist stains.

    Blue Rise Polished questions

Is Blue Rise Polished in stock as a full slab?

Blue Rise Polished is not currently stocked; it is available to order. Call 414-998-0404 for lead time, or check live inventory for a similar colour available now.

Does Blue Rise Polished need to be sealed?

Yes. Blue Rise Polished is natural stone and takes a penetrating sealer after fabrication. Because quartzite is silica based rather than calcium based, it resists the acid etching that affects marble.

What is Blue Rise Polished best used for?

Kitchen countertops, islands, vanities and feature walls — the usual choice when a marble look is wanted on a surface that has to work for a living.

Can I buy Blue Rise Polished if I already have a fabricator?

Yes. Come to the gallery, tag the quartzite slab you want, and your fabricator collects it. We also sell directly to fabricators, builders and remodelers across the Milwaukee area on wholesale terms.

Blue Rise Polished in Kitchens and Bathrooms

Three design visualizations showing how Blue Rise Polished reads at room scale: as a full-height kitchen backsplash, on a bathroom vanity, and on a waterfall-edge island. Each one was generated from the photograph of the actual slab on this page, so the natural stone pattern, colour and finish match the stone we stock in West Allis.
